TCAPS Learning, Enrichment & Athletic Program

This is an invoice for a LEAP jersey that was not returned after your athletes season ended. 

If you find your athletes jersey/uniform etc. please wash and return it to their schools main office as quickly as possible.  

Your athlete WILL NOT receive a jersey for their next sporting season until this has been taken care of, which means they will not be able to participate in scheduled games/meets/etc. Thank you.
