High School Men's Rowing Club (Grades 9-12)

About High School Men's Rowing

Rowing is a sport unlike most others. It is often described as a symphony of motion. There is an art to getting either people to work perfectly together as one and that is what we do every day. The leave of teamwork, trust and discipline learned from rowing is unmatched by other sports. It all starts with a willingness to commit to the team and a desire to push yourself farther than you thought possible.

Traverse City Tritons Rowing, in partnership with TCAPS Learning, Enrichment & Athletic Program (LEAP), is proud to offer high school competitive rowing in the heart of Downtown Traverse City on the beautiful Boardman Lake. Students in the 9th - 12th grade are welcomed to enroll in this enrichment opportunity.

Our Mission

As a team, we are committed to habitual excellence in the pursuit of learning our craft. We hold ourselves accountable for our actions and how they affect the team, rather than the individual. Above all, our true desire to push ourselves beyond our limits and our willingness to take care of each other first is why we will always succeed, on and off the water.
