Titan Performance Training: Grades 5 - 12

Our Titan Performance Training staff is extremely excited to continue our training into the summer and years to come. All training sessions will take place in our Traverse City West High School Weight Room. Remember, Presence and Consistency are the two most important variables in our success together. It doesn’t matter what sport we play, we’ll get what we need by training together at our school.

Who: All 5th - 12th Grade Titan Athletes (Grades Entering Fall 2026)

When: Monday - Thursday, June 15th - July 30th

Where: West Senior High Weight Room 

Registration Fee: 

• Grades 5 - 8: $100.00
• Grades 9 - 12: $150.00

Registration Deadline: Thursday, June 11th

Schedule: 

Football Returners: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- 6:55 - 8:00 AM 

All-Sports Group (Non-Football Men/Women) 9th-12th Grade: Tuesday - 8:00am - 9:00 AM, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday - 9:00 - 10:00 AM 

Incoming 9th Grade Men: Tuesday - 6:55 - 8:00 AM;  Monday, Wednesday & Thursday - 8:00 - 9:00 AM 

5th - 8th Grade Boys & Girls: Monday & Wednesday 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM 

Important:

• “Returning Non-Football Men” may include but not be limited to individuals that play only Baseball, Basketball, Hockey, etc.
• 5th - 6th and 7th - 8th groups will train at the same time, but separately to ensure safety and more hands-on Coaching from our staff.
• Our training sessions will be progressive. Consistently training will be important, as to not miss integral sessions of teaching.

Aspects of our Training:

1. Training is designed to improve the skill related components of our specific sports:
   1. Movement Specific
   2. Energy System Appropriate
   3. MAX Speed, Acceleration, Multi-Planar Power, Agility, Change of Direction
   4. Safe, Comprehensive, Training Age Appropriate and Progressive Strength Training
2. Most Importantly, we will be training together with our fellow Titans, in our weight room and on our fields.

Equipment Needed:

• Water Bottle
  • We have water fountains available, but urge our Titans to develop the habit of having their own water bottle.
• Athletic shoes (No crocs, boots or slip-ons)
• Athletic attire
  • Clothing that is comfortable performing physical activity in (ie. workout clothes)
  • Shorts/Sweatpants/T-shirt
  • Hats or Hoods are not allowed while training.

If you did not receive an email from Eleyo or see your course in your dashboard, the payment did not process and the student is not registered.
