Daily schedule (subject to change): July 30th Neutral Technique Hand fighting and wrist ties Underhook positioning and attacks Upper-body offense Front headlock positioning to scores Leg defense and counter-attacks Live wrestling July 31st Top Wrestling Whistle starts Breakdowns (chops, double thigh pry, etc.) Wrist tilts and turns off breakdowns Leg riding Positioning with legs and getting used to short-leg style of riding Breakdowns to turns Live Wrestling August 1st Bottom Wrestling Knee slides and quad pod stand-ups Standing switches and granbys Focus on positioning and hand control Leg riding defense and short sits or crab ride defense Live wrestling Pictures and autographs Payment is required at the time of registration.
