WMS Football: Rise & Grind

What: WMS Football Weight & Speed Training

Where: TC West Middle School

Days: Monday & Wednesdays

Time: 6:15 AM – 7:15 AM

Dates: April 6 to  May 27, 2026 (15 sessions) - *No make up dates

The Mission: Build the fastest, most explosive version of yourself before the first bell rings.

Cost: $50.00

What To Bring: Comfortable shoes/clothing, water bottle, Energy, a positive attitude.

We focus on fundamental athletic strength—mastering body control, balance, and the perfect technique for every move. We build the "football engine" by teaching you how to move with power and stability, ensuring you’re stronger and more durable on every snap.

Elite Speed & Agility

Football is a game of split seconds. Our sessions are packed with high-energy turf drills designed to sharpen your footwork, lateral quickness, and breakaway acceleration. If you want to out-reach and out-run the competition, it starts here.

Iron Sharpens Iron

We prioritize smart, age-appropriate training to build a high-performance athlete. By the time the sun is up, you’ll have the coordination, the stamina, and the "refuse to lose" mindset that defines WMS Football.
