    LEAP Facility Use Reservation Fees

    Thank you for your interest in reserving a TCAPS Athletic Facility for your group/team. Please complete the follwing process to request use of a TCAPS facility for teams that are currently out of season, or groups with rosters comprised of at least 75% TCAPS' students. 1) Submit Reservation Request Please complete a Faclity Use Request Form for the site(s) you are interested in reserving. Your event will not be scheduled until the completed form has been processed. If we can accomodate your request, you will be contacted regarding available space. TCAPS will provide a reservation confirmation number required to complete the reservation/payment process. Questions regarding reserving space at TCAPS Elementary or Middle Schools? Contact: Amy Rickenberg 231-933-7780 or rickenbeam@tcaps.net 2) Process Payment Use the links below to complete your payment/secure your reservation. When prompted to 'Choose Who is Going to Attend', please select the parent/guardian associated with your account. You do not need to list multiple participants. You will need your 6 digit reservation confirmation number to complete the reservation/payment process. Facility Reservations are not confirmed until a payment is made through the Eleyo Registration System. You will receive an email from Eleyo confirming your payment and reservation. If you do not receive the confirmation email or see a FACILITY RESERVATION FEE on your dashboard, the payment did not process and the reservation is not confirmed.
